Refund Policy

1. Subscription Refunds

We offer pro-rated refunds for subscription plans within the first 7 days of a new subscription if you are not satisfied with our services. After the 7-day period, subscriptions are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to prevent future charges.

2. Credit Purchases

Credit purchases are generally non-refundable once completed. However, we may provide refunds in exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Technical errors that prevent you from using purchased credits
  • Accidental duplicate purchases
  • Service outages that significantly impact your ability to use credits

3. Unused Credits

Unused credits remain in your account indefinitely and do not expire. If you cancel your subscription, your purchased credits will remain available for use with the Free tier features.

4. Distribution Services

Once your music has been submitted for distribution to streaming platforms, distribution fees are non-refundable, as the process involves third-party platform costs and administrative work. If distribution fails due to technical issues on our end, appropriate remedies will be provided.

5. AI-Generated Content

Credits used for AI content generation (images, text, videos) are non-refundable once the generation process is complete. This includes content that you may not be satisfied with, as AI generation involves computational costs. We encourage using preview features and iterating on prompts to achieve desired results.

6. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please:

  • Contact us through the support system in your dashboard
  • Provide your account email and transaction details
  • Explain the reason for your refund request

Refund requests are typically processed within 5-10 business days after approval.

7. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period (except during the 7-day satisfaction guarantee period).

8. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback through your payment provider instead of contacting us directly, your account may be suspended pending resolution. We encourage you to contact our support team first to resolve any billing disputes.

9. Service Disruptions

In the event of significant service disruptions that prevent you from using paid features, we may provide credit extensions or partial refunds at our discretion.

10. Account Termination

If your account is terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service, all payments are forfeited and no refunds will be provided.

11. Changes to Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated to users and will apply to purchases made after the effective date of the change.
