Acceptable Use & Anti-Fraud Policy
This policy supplements the Terms of Service and applies to all users.
1. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Upload content you do not have rights to
- Engage in artificial or fraudulent streaming
- Manipulate charts, algorithms, or engagement metrics
- Provide false or misleading information
- Circumvent platform safeguards
- Use bots, farms, or automated systems to generate streams
- Misuse tokens or generation tools
2. Streaming Fraud
Audora applies zero tolerance toward:
- Fake streams
- Purchased engagement
- Coordinated manipulation
- Incentivized listening schemes
3. Enforcement
Audora may, at its sole discretion:
- Remove content
- Freeze royalties
- Suspend or terminate accounts
- Withhold payouts
- Report activity to DSPs or authorities
4. Cooperation with DSPs
Audora cooperates fully with:
- DSP investigations
- Rights-holder claims
- Platform enforcement actions
5. No Liability for Enforcement
Audora is not liable for:
- DSP takedowns
- Revenue loss due to enforcement
- Account actions taken in good faith
6. Reporting Abuse
Suspected abuse may be reported to support@audora.music.
