Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Audora Music, operated by Metalmedia Group AB, org. no. 559084-6662 ("Audora", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using Audora's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all supplementary policies referenced herein.
Supplementary policies (forming part of these Terms):
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Audora's services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, including all supplementary policies listed above. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
2. Service Description
Audora provides AI-powered content creation tools, music distribution services to 150+ streaming platforms, and promotional campaign planning for independent artists and music creators.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach at support@audora.music.
4. Content Ownership and Rights
You retain all rights to the content you create using our platform. However, you grant Audora a limited license to:
- Distribute your music to selected streaming platforms
- Display your content for promotional purposes within our platform
- Process and store your content as necessary to provide our services
5. AI-Generated Content
All AI-generated content (images, text, videos) created through our platform belongs to you. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of AI-generated content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on third-party rights.
6. Distribution Services
Distribution to streaming platforms is available only with Creator and Pro subscription plans. Distribution is subject to approval by respective platforms and must meet industry-standard quality requirements. Full distribution terms are set out in the Distribution Terms.
7. Credits and Payments
Credits are used to generate AI content. Unused credits do not expire but are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy. Subscription payments are processed securely through Stripe.
8. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Upload content that infringes on copyrights or other intellectual property rights
- Use our services for illegal purposes or to distribute harmful content
- Attempt to circumvent any security measures or access restrictions
- Engage in artificial or fraudulent streaming, or manipulate engagement metrics
- Use automated systems to access our services without authorization

In accordance with the EU Digital Services Act (DSA), users and third parties may report potentially illegal or infringing content via our Content Takedown Request form. Reports are reviewed and actioned in compliance with DSA Article 16 requirements.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
You may also request permanent deletion of your account and associated personal data from Account Settings → Privacy & Data. Account deletion requests are subject to a 30-day cooling-off period, during which you may cancel the request. After the cooling-off period, your data will be permanently erased in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Limitation of Liability
Audora is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for services in the past 12 months.
11. Data Processing Agreement
This section constitutes a Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") in accordance with Article 28 GDPR, forming part of these Terms between Audora and the user ("Artist").
11.1 Roles of the Parties
Audora acts as:
- Data Controller for account data, payments, support, compliance, and platform operations
- Data Processor solely with respect to personal data processed on behalf of the Artist for the purpose of digital music distribution to DSPs
The Artist acts as Data Controller for personal data relating to contributors, collaborators, or third parties included in distributed metadata.
11.2 Subject Matter & Duration
Processing of personal data necessary to distribute content and related metadata to DSPs, for the term of the applicable distribution license and any legally required retention periods.
11.3 Nature & Purpose of Processing
- Transmission of metadata to DSPs
- Rights management and identification
- Reporting and royalty administration
- Technical delivery and error handling
11.4 Categories of Data Subjects & Data

11.5 Audora's Obligations
Audora shall:
- Process personal data only on documented instructions from the Artist
- Ensure confidentiality
- Implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures
- Not engage sub-processors without ensuring GDPR-compliant safeguards
- Assist the Artist in fulfilling data subject rights where applicable
11.6 Sub-Processors
Audora may use sub-processors, including:
- Digital distribution partners (e.g. The Orchard)
- Cloud infrastructure and hosting (e.g. Supabase)
- Payment providers (e.g. Stripe)
- Email delivery (e.g. Resend)
- AI content generation (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Vertex AI, Replicate)
- Analytics providers (Google Analytics 4, limited scope)
All sub-processors are bound by GDPR-compliant agreements. A complete and current list is maintained on our Sub-Processor Registry.
11.7 International Transfers
Audora does not transfer personal data outside the EU/EEA.
11.8 Security Measures

11.9 Data Breach Notification
Audora shall notify the Artist without undue delay upon becoming aware of a personal data breach affecting processed data.
11.10 Deletion or Return of Data
Upon termination of processing, personal data shall be deleted or anonymized unless retention is required by law.
12. Governing Law
These Terms, including the Data Processing Agreement, are governed by Swedish law and subject to the jurisdiction of Swedish courts.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
