About
Jake E is a Swedish melodic metal singer, songwriter, and producer who has spent over two decades shaping the modern rock and metal scene. As co-founder and clean vocalist of Amaranthe, he helped pioneer a three-vocalist sound that fused metal riffs with electronic dance elements, earning gold and platinum records between 2008 and 2016. He then formed Cyhra with former In Flames guitarist Jesper Strömblad, stepping forward as frontman and lyricist. Their fourth album, Requiem For A Pipe Dream, marks ten years of the band with energetic, synth-driven melodic metal. Jake also fronts How We End with Evanescence's Jen Majura, produces in Gothenburg, and stars in the film Metal Dragon.
