Forged in Finland in 2021 by frontman Piotr "Petteri Scythe" Krysiak, Scythe of Sorrow is a relentless melodic death metal force. Blending heavy riffs, technical solos, and charismatic vocals, they released their debut album "Raven's Cry of Despair" in 2023. The band quickly built a global following, streaming in over 60 countries (top: FI, US, JP, PL, DE). Physical releases sparked rapid demand: a 100-copy run sold out worldwide, while 50 copies at Osaka's S.A. Music vanished in just one hour, driving 80 more pre-orders. Known for intense live shows, they've supported Swansong and Wolfheart in Helsinki, played Tuska Festival, and earned a feature in Rock Hard Italy. Highly ambitious, the band is currently writing their second album and seeking a strong label partnership.
